Rental Policies

Reservations & Payment

Unless otherwise stated on your reservation, a 30% reservation deposit is required to secure your rental. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit or another payment arrangement approved by Boise Fun-Flates has been received.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the due date shown on your reservation or invoice.

Delivery & Travel

Delivery, setup and takedown are included within 25 driving miles of Boise Fun-Flates. For locations beyond the free delivery area, a travel charge of $3.50 per billable mile applies.

Travel charges are calculated on the mileage beyond the free delivery radius for both the outbound and return portions of the trip. Your estimated delivery/travel charge is shown during booking before you submit your reservation.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, reasonable access to the setup location, and a setup area that is ready before our crew arrives.

Setup areas must be reasonably level and free from rocks, glass, sharp objects, debris, animal waste, overhead hazards and other conditions that could damage equipment or create a safety hazard.

Boise Fun-Flates may refuse, relocate, modify or discontinue a setup when site conditions are unsafe, unsuitable or inconsistent with equipment requirements.

Anchoring & Underground Systems

Inflatable equipment must remain properly anchored. Once our crew has installed and secured an inflatable, customers may not move or reposition it or alter the anchoring.

Customers must identify sprinkler and irrigation lines, septic components, buried electrical or communication lines, and other underground systems that could be affected by staking.

Power & Water

Unless a generator or another arrangement is included with the reservation, customers must provide appropriate electrical service for each inflatable blower. Blowers must remain connected to an appropriate power source while the inflatable is in use.

Rentals approved for wet use require an appropriate water source and hose access unless another arrangement has been made.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rainchecks

14 or more days before your event

You may choose either a full refund of payments made or a raincheck for the full amount paid. No administrative cancellation fee will be charged.

7–13 days before your event

The 30% reservation deposit is non-refundable as cash but may be converted to a raincheck. Any amount paid above the required 30% deposit will be refunded unless you choose to include that additional amount in your raincheck.

Less than 7 days before your event

The 30% reservation deposit remains non-refundable as cash but may be converted to a raincheck. Any amount paid above the required deposit will be refunded unless you choose to include the additional amount in your raincheck.

Weather

Safety comes first. Inflatable equipment must not be operated during lightning or thunderstorms, dangerous or gusty winds, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions.

Inflatable operation must stop when winds reach or are expected to reach the applicable manufacturer's limit or sustained winds of 15 MPH, whichever is more restrictive.

If Boise Fun-Flates determines before delivery and setup that the rental cannot safely be delivered, set up or operated because of weather or other unsafe conditions, you may choose an applicable raincheck or refund.

If you elect to proceed despite an uncertain forecast and Boise Fun-Flates delivers and completes setup, normal rental charges apply. A later change in weather does not automatically qualify the rental for a refund or raincheck.

Raincheck Terms

Rainchecks are valid for 12 months from the original event date and may be applied toward another Boise Fun-Flates rental, subject to equipment and date availability.

Rainchecks retain their original dollar value, are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If a new reservation costs more than the available raincheck value, the customer is responsible for the difference.

Equipment Problems

If Boise Fun-Flates equipment experiences a mechanical or equipment failure that substantially prevents the intended use of the rental, the appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and may include repair, replacement equipment when reasonably available, a prorated credit, raincheck or refund.
