This website and its online services are operated by Boise Fun-Flates, LLC. By using this website, submitting a reservation, creating a customer account, or using our customer portal, you agree to use these services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Reservations

Submitting information through the website does not by itself guarantee equipment availability or create a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only after the requirements shown during checkout have been completed, including any required reservation payment and acceptance of the applicable rental agreement.

Equipment, dates and times remain subject to availability and the operational requirements of Boise Fun-Flates.

Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, equipment descriptions, availability and other website information accurate and current.

If an obvious pricing, availability or technical error occurs, Boise Fun-Flates may correct the error and contact the customer regarding any affected reservation before fulfillment.

Payments

Payment requirements applicable to a reservation are displayed during booking and may also appear on the customer's reservation, invoice or Rental Agreement.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and policies.

Rental Terms

Equipment rentals are governed by the Boise Fun-Flates Rental Agreement applicable to the reservation. The Rental Agreement contains important terms regarding equipment use, delivery, setup, safety, weather, cancellations, rainchecks, damage, supervision and other rental responsibilities.

The information on our Rental Policies page provides a convenient summary of common rental policies. If a summary on the website differs from the signed Rental Agreement applicable to a reservation, the Rental Agreement controls.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for providing accurate information when creating or using an account.

You should contact Boise Fun-Flates promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, booking system, customer portal, or other Boise Fun-Flates online services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal system operation, submitting fraudulent reservations or payment information, or using the services for unlawful purposes.
